Why did the angel swear, raising his hand to the sky, with one foot in the sea and the other on the land?

This was a revelation that came to me out of nowhere—that the angel who resembles Jesus Christ raised his hand in the air, with one foot on the earth and the other in the sea, as a way of swearing to the devil, the prince of the air and the sea. Those beasts, you know, the ones that rise from the sea—the lion, the bear, the leopard, and finally the first beast—and on land, he swore directly to the second beast coming out of the earth. The significance is right in front of us, and I believe this is exactly what was happening in my eyes, so I’m here just to share the truth about why that was.
